Our repointing
We offer a proffesional repointing service using traditional and modern methods. We restore failing mortar to protect brickwork from water damage and preserve the character of period properties. We work on all period properties such as, Victorian, Edwardian, Georgian, interwar homes, mid century, modern and contemporary homes. With our 4th and 5th generational builders we are specialists in this area and take great pride in what we do.
Repointing is important because failed mortar joints allow water into the wall and over time this can cause damp, internal damage, movement, frost damage and deterioration of the brick faces themselves.
The types of repointing we offer are: lime repointing, cement repointing, chimney repointing, garden wall repointing, ridge tile repointing, heritage & period property repointing, full brick restoration.
